All of our candles are made using 100% Eco Soy Wax. Due to the natural product used to create our candles, it is very common for candle frosting to appear on the glass jars of our candles. This is something that White Lotus Candle Co. have no control over as this is a natural cause. When purchasing a Candle from us, you agree to accepting the possibility of the candle appearing with candle frosting on the glass.
Candle frosting does not affect the candle functioning, burning or fragrance throw. It is simply a naturally caused visual.
