SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently only ship within the UK.
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after receiving an order.
All shipping information is listed when finalizing the purchase of your order where you will have shipping options including cost and time-scale. Please note, White Lotus Candle Co. do not take responsibility for delayed postal delivery. White Lotus Candle Co. will provide a tracking reference for your order and pass all responsibility to the courier for delivery time scales and expectations.
Be sure to select the appropriate shipping option for your order when completing your purchase. Once the order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery option.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Should there be any fault to your candles or your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving via email at: email@example.com
You must include full order information, clear photos of the fault and full details of the fault.
We take every care to ensure your candles and products are securely packaged and protected for the delivery process but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles or products that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price or product of same value and type within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first for further details.
