Contract of Sale
All orders that you place with us in person or through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase from White Lotus Candle Co. we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Any products from the order not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the dispatch confirmation email have not been purchased and or accounted for. The ownership remains with White Lotus Candle Co. until payment of the order has been made and received.
We are not currently VAT registered.
Exclusivity - Stockist
Approval is needed before becoming a White Lotus Candle Co. Stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other Stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated and a number of factors will be considered. If an order is not placed again within 6 months, White Lotus Candle Co. will consider the Stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
All goods are subject to availability and whilst we aim to keep good stock levels at all time, we regret we cannot always guarantee to have all products in stock. We will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.
Special orders or custom packages placed with White Lotus Candle Co. are non-refundable and payment must be paid before manufacture commences.
Incorrect Orders/Goods not received/Breakages
Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, White Lotus Candle Co. shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused a point of delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient photographic evidence of said damage.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
